The clients at the Fallbrook Food Pantry are beginning to think about how they will provide Christmas cheer for their families this year.  When the total income to provide for a family is at or below the national poverty level, holidays can be especially stressful.

That’s why we invite YOU to lend a helping hand at this special time.  We are looking for groups or individuals who have sufficient resources and are willing to share with the less fortunate in our community.  We would like to pair you up with a family in need and ask that you provide the ingredients for a holiday meal as well as a gift for each child, or member, of the family.

You will be given the names, address, phone number and the number and gender of children in a family.  Please contact your family as soon as possible to let them know that you have adopted them for Christmas and to confirm that they will be at home when you plan to make your delivery.  If you are given the name of a family without a telephone or if you are unable to communicate with your family because of a language barrier, please call us at the Pantry and we will assist you.
