Thank You....To Our Volunteers
Fallbrook Food Pantry is operated by a staff of 60 volunteers and 1 paid part time employee.
Volunteers work in a variety of areas including:
- Bagging and distribution of food issues for clients ( approximately 360 per week)
- Office reception, registration, translation, data entry, filing
- Hauling commodities and bulk food items from markets to the facility (well over 60 tons per year)
- Writing, grant writing, research and publicity
- Adopt a Family program ( 224 families last year)
- Obtaining sponsors, walking in the annual Fallbrook Crop Walk
- Manning information booths
- Information systems
- and many more
