First Time Visiting?

We’re here to make your first visit as simple and welcoming as possible. If you are new to Fallbrook Food Pantry, here’s what to expect:

Visit Us During Distribution Hours

Stop by during regular food distribution hours and check in at the Welcome Desk. Let the team know this is your first visit and that you would like to receive food assistance.

Confirm Your Service Area

Fallbrook Food Pantry serves individuals and families living in Fallbrook and surrounding communities, including: Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow, De Luz, Pala, Camp Pendleton. The receptionist will confirm that your household is located within the service area.

Complete a Simple Intake

A team member will ask a few basic questions about you and your household so a client profile can be created. The process is simple and confidential.

Receive Your Pantry Card

Once intake is complete, the client receives a pantry card to use when checking in for future visits.

Receive Your Groceries

After check-in, pantry staff will guide the client through the food distribution process. Depending on availability, groceries may include fresh produce, pantry staples, proteins, bread, dairy, and other nutritious food items.

Visit Once Per Week

Registered households may receive groceries from Fallbrook Food Pantry once per week. Clients should bring their pantry card each time they visit.

Please bring your pantry card each time you visit. It helps our team check you in and get you on your way as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Card?

If your pantry card has been lost or stolen, please visit reception to purchase a replacement card for $5.00.

Want Us to Keep It Safe?

You are welcome to leave your pantry card with our reception team for safekeeping. We will keep it at the pantry and have it ready for you when you return.

Registered households may receive groceries once per week.

Live Outside Our Service Area?

We understand that food emergencies can happen to anyone. If you live outside Fallbrook Food Pantry’s service area, we can provide food assistance as a one-time exception and help connect you with a food pantry or other resources closer to your home for continued support.

Our goal is to make sure you leave with food for today and a connection to resources that can continue supporting you in the future.
