Welcome to The Sousa Family Learning Center at the Fallbrook Food Pantry!
The Learning Center will promote an inclusive environment where all members of the Fallbrook community will have an opportunity to attend impactful educational programs related to nutrition, healthy lifestyle, wellness and personal and occupational development.
Alongside the Fallbrook Food Pantry, our Learning Center was built to empower our community to be successful in living a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle by educating and supporting our clients in making healthy behavioral changes that will positively impact their community. The impact of a healthy community has been well documented. A growing body of research shows that healthy food options and active lifestyles can have positive effects on economic outcomes, food security, social connections, and environmental sustainability.
